HOW TO MAKE DALGONA

1. Put two spoonfuls of sugar into the pan.
2. Stir well over low heat to avoid burning.
3. When the sugar melts, dip the tip of the stick and stir until it bubbles.
4. Pour the sugar onto the board and wait 30 seconds without pressing, then press down gently.
5. Press the mold onto the dalgona to create cute shapes.
6. Carefully remove the dalgona with a needle.

Tips for pretty dalgona! Use a thin needle, sugar powder, or toothpick to poke gently along the edges. By soaking the needle in hot water, you can remove the sugar more easily.
