Important Notes Before Purchase

1. This product is being renewed from Q size to KK size, and some product labels may indicate Q size when shipped.

2. Q and KK sizes are products of the same size. Please do not mix sizes after receiving the product as refunds due to label size markings are not possible.

Care and Washing Instructions

• Cold water, gentle separate wash (Wool course 30°C)
• Spin briefly and gently
• No tumble drying or machine drying
• Use mild detergent
• No bleaching
• Use laundry net recommended
• Iron on low heat
• Dry flat on a rack

Color differences may occur due to the dyeing process. This is not a defect.

Color may vary by product in a set.

We recommend washing using a laundry net.

If the product is torn or snagged during washing, refunds or exchanges are not possible.

Use a washing machine with a capacity of 19kg or more.

Using a small domestic washing machine can cause damage; please wash at a large laundry facility with an appropriate machine.

Recommended to use liquid detergent or well-dissolved powder detergent in water.

Powder detergent which does not dissolve well can damage the product.

Please wash in cold water separately to avoid color transfer, especially with dark-colored products.

Pigment dyed products are dyed after production, including the label, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Unused new products are eligible for purchase.

If products are snagged or torn due to not using a laundry net, refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
