  Vital Plant Rollpan New Original automatic rotating pan makes cooking gravy convenient and clean.

  I used to have to shake it with a spatula, but now I can cook without shaking the pork belly. It’s very convenient with a grill pan. The grill pan is very well heated and clean inside.

Simple components for easy washing

Rollpan has 3 simple components: pan, motor, lid for easy washing.

Blade loosens when turned counterclockwise.

When washing, detach the motor to avoid water damage. Wipe the stainless steel part separately.

Dishwasher caution

Except motor, lid, and rotating blade can be washed in dishwasher.

Detach motor for dishwasher use to avoid damage.

How to use Rollpan

1. Insert 2 AA batteries into the motor.
2. Turn the fixing pin counterclockwise to loosen and remove from the pan. Attach motor/rotating blade to pan. If not properly attached, pan coating will be damaged.
3. Turn fixing pin clockwise to tighten and secure.
4. Place pan on stove burner center.
5. Put ingredients in and fit the rotating blade to the lid hole. (Recommended for 800g or less.)
6. Turn on motor switch. Recommended for mid-low to low heat.
7. To drain oil while cooking, hold pan and lid handle, tilt to drain oil through oil outlet. (Use oven gloves as handles can be hot.)

Connection Caution for Motor and Pan

Always ensure no food inside when assembling.

1. Loosen fixing pin gently.
2. Insert motor and rotating blade into pan matching the illustration and connect.
3. Ensure motor and pan parts are perfectly aligned to avoid malfunction and damage.
4. Tighten fixing pin clockwise to secure.

Rollpan Caution

• Turn fixing pin clockwise to tighten securely; loose fitting causes blade malfunction.
• Use oven gloves when handle is hot during/after use.
• Do not touch motor or pan blade while running (risk of burns).
• Do not place pan on countertop edge (risk of scratches).
• Gas stove burner size recommendation: Medium size burner (≤ 10cm diameter).
• Use pan centered on stove burner.
• Fixing pin may wear out during extended use; replace or use mid-low heat.
