A. Yes, that's correct. BBOM Tteokbokki can be stored at room temperature for up to 10 months. Please store it in a place protected from direct sunlight.
Q. Does the rice cake harden or become tough?
A. No worries! BBOM Tteokbokki’s soft chewy texture is developed to be maintained so that it stays tender until the last bite, even when eaten slowly.
Q. Can children also eat it?
A. Of course. Basil Cream and Cheese flavors are not spicy, so children can safely eat them. However, for Original, Spicy, and Rose flavors which are spicy, please select according to the child's age.
Q. The rice cakes in the advertisement look different from the product, why is that?
A. Starting from January 2026, the rice cake has been upgraded to a new type that is softer and chewier than before, achieving a better texture. This change has been applied to all currently shipped products. Please enjoy without worry.
