Q2. There are spots on the treats. Is it okay to feed them?
A2. As the product is freeze-dried in its natural form, some spots of squid or flatfish skin may be included. These are the natural appearance of the ingredients, so please do not worry and feed them.
Q3. There are freeze-dried fish without eggs inside. Is that normal?
A3. Because the natural freeze-dried fish is used, some fish without eggs may be included due to differences in seasons and batches. If a majority of fish without eggs are found, please contact the customer center for an exchange.
Q4. Please tell me about the expiration date and storage method!
A4. Superpow treats are 100% pure freeze-dried products without preservatives. After opening, please close the lid tightly and store it refrigerated.
