The cooling sheets inside are made of waterproof material, but moisture may seep through the sealing lines. It is recommended to put liquids and ice in a plastic bag before use.
Does it cool well?
Based on our tests, placing one ice pack inside and leaving it indoors maintains the cooling effect for over 8 hours. The cooling duration can vary depending on the temperature of the items placed inside along with the ice pack, and the size/type of the ice pack used.
Can it keep items warm?
It can keep items warm. However, since there is no insulating material, the warming effect is lower than cooling. The effectiveness varies with the temperature of the items placed inside. To maximize the warming effect, avoid placing cold items in the same space as warm items.
How should I wash it?
For light surface stains, you can remove them using a wet tissue. If removal with a wet tissue is difficult or if full washing is needed, soak the item in mild detergent and gently wash stained areas with a soft brush. After washing, remove moisture with a towel and air dry. Avoid using machine washing, tumble drying, or ironing frequently to maintain the shape.
