• Scratches/Marks: Small scratches or lines may appear due to silicone’s unique material properties or the packaging process.
• Mold Lines/Indentations: Minor marks or indentations may occur from the molding process.
• Specks/Color Spots: Tiny dots or slight color inconsistencies are natural and do not affect safety or use.
• Odor: Premium vacuum packaging reduces odor, but some scent may remain depending on individual sensitivity. This will fade after washing and airing.
• Cable Ties: Some cooking tools may come secured with cable ties. Removing them improperly may cause damage. Please handle carefully, as damage caused during removal is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Care Instructions

Washing

• Use a mild detergent with a soft sponge.
• Avoid harsh scrubbers to prevent tearing.

Odor Removal

1. Mix baking soda, vinegar, or rice water with water and soak the silicone item for at least 4 hours.
   • Ratio examples:
     • Baking soda: 1 : 5
     • Vinegar: 1 : 1
     • Rice water: use as is
2. Rinse with clean water and dry in sunlight or a well-ventilated area for at least 4 hours.

Sterilization

• Briefly boil the silicone item in hot water (within 1 minute) to sterilize.
• Do not overheat to avoid deformation.
