Due to the nature of the product manufacturing process, this is not a product defect.

Care and Washing Instructions

• Always wash using a laundry net.
  If the product is damaged during washing, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• It is recommended to use a washing machine with a capacity of 19kg or more.
  Using a home washing machine may cause damage, so do not wash excessively; please use a commercial laundry with a large capacity machine.
• We recommend using liquid detergent; dissolve powder detergent well in water before use.
  Powder detergent grains may not dissolve well in water and can damage the product.
  Use liquid detergent directly or ensure powder detergent is fully dissolved in water.
• Wash separately in cold water.
  When washing dark-colored products with other items, dye transfer may occur.
  Heat can cause dye bleeding, so we recommend washing separately in cold water.
• Important notes when purchasing pigment products:
  Pigment products are dyed after production along with the label.
  Please note this when purchasing, as the product is brand new but already dyed.
