this is not a product defect.

Care and Washing Instructions

• Always use a washing net when washing.
  Products damaged due to not using a washing net cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• For washing machines, we recommend using a machine with a capacity of 19kg or more.
  Home washing machines may damage the product, so avoid washing aggressively and use a large commercial washing machine if possible.
• We recommend using liquid detergent; if using powder detergent, dissolve it well in water before use.
  Powder detergent that is not well dissolved can damage the product.
• Always wash separately in cold water.
  Darker products may cause dye transfer if washed with other items.
  Washing in cold water is recommended to prevent dye bleeding due to heat.
• Note when purchasing pigment-dyed products:
  Pigment-dyed products are dyed after production, so the dye also covers the label.
  Please be aware this when purchasing new unused products.
