FABRIC Raw Material Guide

Q. Slub Line

In sizes Queen (Q) or larger, there may be slub lines due to the nature of fabric manufacturing. This is not a defect, so please take this into consideration when purchasing.

Q. Seed Knot

Due to the characteristics of cotton materials, black seed knots may be visible on the surface of the cotton. These are natural seed knots and will automatically come off after washing and use.

Q. Slubs

The fabric is woven including threads of different colors or thicknesses. Although the fabric undergoes the maximum inspection, if there are slubs, they can be simply removed with a pin. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric.

Because these are natural parts of the fabric that may appear due to the manufacturing process, and the product undergoes maximum inspection before shipment, exchanges or refunds are not allowed for these reasons.

LAUNDRY Washing Guide

• No tumble drying; do not machine dry
• Weak spin-dry
• No bleach; use regular mild detergent
• Cold water wash (max 30°C)
• Use a laundry net

Please check the following when washing bedding products to prevent damage:

1. After receiving the product, please check carefully for defects or wrong shipments. If there is any odor or the product has been washed, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
2. Excessive use of detergent may cause fading, deformation, and product damage. Please use only the appropriate amount for washing.
3. Soaking in detergent for a long time or washing/drying in a state where detergent residue remains may cause fading or damage. Using dyes or bleach may cause product damage.
4. For large bedding washing, use a capacity washing machine rather than a drum type. Using a small washing machine may cause fabric distortion or tearing. It is recommended to use professional laundry services.
5. Using hot water can cause shrinkage; always wash with cold water.
6. For products with detachable covers, unzip before washing. Remove fillings like buckwheat hulls or others, dry them in sunlight separately, and wash only the fabric cover.
