Q. Seam Line

In sizes Q (Queen) or larger, due to the characteristics of fabric manufacturing, there may be seam lines. This is not a defect, so please consider this before purchasing.

Q. Seed Knot

Due to the nature of cotton fabric, black seed knots may be visible on the fabric surface. These are natural seed knots and will naturally fall off after washing and use.

Q. Loose Thread

Fabric may include threads of different colors or thicknesses incorporated during weaving. Although thorough inspections are conducted, if loose threads are found, they can be easily removed with a pin. This is a characteristic of all fabrics.

Due to the nature of the bedding manufacturing process, natural parts may appear on the fabric itself. These go through thorough inspections before shipping, and exchanges or refunds due to these are not possible.

LAUNDRY Washing Guide

• Do not tumble dry
• Use low spin cycle
• No bleaching; use regular neutral detergent only
• Cold water wash (30°C)
• Use laundry net

Please check the following when washing bedding products to prevent damage.

1. Upon receipt, make sure to check for defects or wrong delivery. Exchanges or refunds are not possible if used or washed.
2. Excessive use of detergent can cause color fading, fabric deformation, and product damage. Use only the recommended amount.
3. Soaking detergent for long periods or washing in chlorine-containing water can cause fading or damage. Avoid bleach and strong detergents as they can cause product damage.
4. For bulky bedding, front-loading washing machines are preferred over top-loaders. Using small washing machines can cause fabric to get caught, torn, or damaged. Please use a professional laundry service if needed.
5. Use cold water to prevent shrinkage, always wash with cold water.
6. For items with detachable covers or fillings, separate the cover and zip it before washing. Remove fillings such as buckwheat and dry them separately. Wash only the cover.
