Oreo Strawberry Shaved Ice

Enjoy the soft taste of strawberry milk

15~20 minutes (+3 hours freezing for milk) / Serves 2~3

• 1 1/2 cups strawberry milk (300ml)
• 3 tablespoons strawberry syrup (or adjust sugar based on preference!)
• 100g Oreo cookie crumbs (adjust based on preference!)

1. Pour strawberry milk into a mold and freeze in the freezer for 3 hours until completely frozen.
2. Place frozen milk in a shaved ice machine (or food processor) and shave for 30-30 seconds in short bursts.
3. Put the shaved ice into a bowl and sprinkle Oreo cookie crumbs on top, then pour strawberry syrup over it.

*Oreo is good as a topping on shaved ice because it does not melt quickly even when mixed with crushed ice. The chocolate flavor of strawberry milk and Oreo crumbs makes children love this dessert.

Oreo Green Tea Frappe

15~20 minutes / Serves 2

• 1 cup milk (200ml)
• 1 2/3 cups ice (250g)
• 4 tablespoons green tea powder (adjust based on preference!)
• 100g Oreo cookie crumbs (adjust based on preference!)
• 4 tablespoons syrup (or non-sweetened option)
• Cream: 4 tablespoons milk cream (or non-sweetened), 1 cup fresh cream (200ml)

1. Put cream ingredients and 2 tablespoons of Oreo cookie crumbs in a bowl and whip with a whisk for 2~3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
2. In a blender, mix milk, ice, green tea powder, milk, and syrup for 3~4 minutes.
3. Add the remaining Oreo cookie crumbs and blend for 10 more seconds. (Put Oreo crumbs gently on top after blending.)

*The distinct fresh taste of green tea and the sweetness balance well. When mixed with Oreo cookie crumbs, it does not become clumpy or melt easily.

Oreo Cream Cheese Spread

The soft combination of cream cheese and Oreo

5~10 minutes / Serves 2

• 2 bagels (or preferred bread)
• 1/2 cup cream cheese (about 120g, adjust if desired)
• 1 container plain yogurt (85g)
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 50g Oreo cookie crumbs (adjust based on preference!)

1. Mix cream cheese, plain yogurt, and honey well in a bowl, then add Oreo cookie crumbs and mix again.
2. Use a knife to cut the bagel in half and spread the Oreo cream cheese spread on it.
