Easy Cooking Instructions

Cold Jeju Buckwheat Noodle cooking method: for 1 serving

1. Cook Jeju buckwheat noodles for 7-8 minutes in boiling water and then rinse thoroughly under cold water to remove starch.
2. Mix 40g of soup base with 160ml of cold water (using a 200ml cup), add radish kimchi and stir. You can adjust the taste by adding more or less kimchi.
3. Drain the cooled noodles well and enjoy by dipping in the soup base.

Tip: Radish kimchi's crispness may lessen over time but it will still taste good.
