Shelf Life

• Refrigerated: 7 days from the date of manufacture

• Frozen: 30 days from the date of manufacture
  (For refrigerated products, we recommend consuming within 7 days from the delivery date.)

How to Prepare

1. In a wide pan, carefully add all ingredients except onions and glass noodles.
   (Adjust spiciness with serrano peppers as desired.)

2. Add 500ml of water and boil over high heat for 10–15 minutes.

3. When the broth has reduced by about 80%, add the onions and glass noodles.
   Continue boiling over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes.

4. Once the potatoes are fully cooked, finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and sesame oil to taste.

Please refrigerate or freeze at -18ºC upon receipt.

Place in the refrigerator and thaw one day before use.
