Recipe / Cooking Tip for Chung Jung One Fired Black Bean Sauce

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

For 4 servings, roughly chop chicken breast 80 g, pork 120 g, onion 1/3 piece (80 g), carrot 1/3 piece (60 g), zucchini 1/2 piece (60 g), green peas 20 g, green pepper 2, garlic 500 ml water.

Step 2: Sauté Ingredients

Sauté chicken breast and pork for 1 minute.

Step 3: Boil and Stir

Add vegetables and water, then bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4: Add Sauce Powder and Stir

Add the fired black bean sauce powder and stir well.

Step 5: Thicken by Stirring

Simmer and stir until the sauce thickens to desired consistency.
