Q1. Can I wash perfectly with just one capsule?
Compared to traditional detergents, capsule detergent is 6 times more concentrated and can wash up to 7kg per capsule. For loads over 7kg, please add an additional capsule. (7kg 기준: 1L water bottle weighing 7kg) TopStep capsule detergent has a washing power 16% higher than powder detergent used at 1/6 of the amount compared to powder detergent and possesses proven washing effectiveness and performance.
Q2. Should fabric softener be used separately?
Plant-based glycerin is included to prevent static electricity on clothes and to protect fibers. Additionally, a lasting fragrance is designed to remain even after washing.
Q3. Is cold water washing possible?
The detergent form is liquid, so it easily dissolves in cold water and uses water-soluble film to prevent residue after washing.
Q4. Does the capsule rupture?
The capsule film is durable unless physically damaged. It withstands impacts occurring during daily use.
Q5. Is it safe for baby clothes?
Based on mild neutral detergent with 20 types of harmful substance removers and bleaching agents excluded, it is suitable for washing sensitive baby clothing.
Q6. How should it be stored?
Since the capsule film is water-soluble and sensitive to moisture, seal it tightly in the pouch after use, or store it in a sealed container. Keep out of children's reach and avoid direct sunlight.
Q7. What if the detergent color changes?
The colorant in the detergent may discolor due to light. However, this does not affect the function or performance of the detergent. We have conducted stability tests against color changes due to light to ensure stability.
Q8. Film residue remains!
Water-soluble film may remain in parts that do not contact water directly like hems, but non-irritant tested products ensure safety in use.
Q9. Is there an expiration date?
The expiration date is 3 years from manufacturing. It is sufficient when considering washing machine usage.
Q10. Can it be used in stone or drum washers?

Q11. How to use?
Put the capsule detergent in first, then add the bleach booster. Note: Adding the bleach booster first or adding the capsule detergent later may reduce effectiveness or damage clothes.

STEP 01
Put capsule inside the washing machine drum.
Do not put capsule inside detergent dispenser!
STEP 02
Pour the bleach booster on top of capsule.
If washing over 7kg, use additional capsules.
