How to Cook Soybean Noodle Soup
- Boil 500ml of water and cook noodles for 4 minutes.
- When boiling, briefly cook dried kelp and black seaweed for 3 seconds and remove before noodles are done.
- Pour 200ml of cold water into a bowl and add the broth powder.
- Drain noodles and rinse with cold water well, then put noodles into the bowl and mix well for a refreshing finish.
