Retort Cooking Instructions

• Using Boiling Water

  Put the pouch in boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes.

• Using Microwave (700w)

  Put contents in a microwave-safe container and heat for 5-7 minutes.

• Direct Heating

  Pour the contents into a pot and boil on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.
