Freeze-Drying

Rapidly frozen then dehydrated under vacuum, this food processing technology maintains the original taste, aroma, and nutrients mostly intact. It is excellent for long-term storage and considered the most advanced drying method in food engineering, although it is relatively costly.

In contrast, hot air drying uses high temperatures and is cheaper, but it causes color changes, loss of taste, aroma, and serious nutrient damage (prone to oxidation).

How to Use Fresh Ginger Hanal

1. Add an appropriate amount of Fresh Ginger Hanal.
2. Add 1 teaspoon (1tsp) of water to moisten it.
3. Press gently with a spoon and freshly minced ginger is ready!

You can also add Fresh Ginger Hanal directly to stews or soup broths.
