How to Use

Instructions for Using HaeYo Manual Nasal Irrigation Kit

1. Before use
   • Check the exterior condition and that no contents have spilled or leaked.
   • Do not use if the product is damaged or abnormal.
   • Familiarize yourself with the usage instructions fully before use.
2. How to use
   • Fill the device with purified water, then add one packet of nasal irrigation powder to make 0.9% sodium chloride saline solution.
   • Attach the cap to the bottle.
   • Stand at the sink and gently exhale by mouth with an “ah–” sound.
   • Turn the device upside down and place the cap on your nostril.
   • Press the bottle gently so the solution flows out from one nostril to the other.
   • Repeat on the other nostril in the same manner.
   • After nasal irrigation, gently blow your nose or wipe it with tissue.
3. After use
   • Disassemble and thoroughly clean bottle and cap with water or non-toxic detergent; dry on a stand.
   • Store the bottle upside down on a stand for proper ventilation.
   • Keep in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight.

How to Use

1. Preparation before use
   Check for damage or spillage. Do not use if abnormal. Fully familiarize yourself with instructions.
2. Usage
   1. Fill the cleaned container with purified water or distilled water to the marked line.
   2. Add one packet of HaeYo nasal irrigation powder to the container, close the cap, shake well to make 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
   3. Turn the device upside down, place the cap on nostril and exhale with an “ah–” sound. Gently squeeze the bottle to allow rinse solution to flow out toward the other nostril. Repeat on the other nostril.
   4. After use, disassemble device and wash thoroughly, then store it on the drying stand.
