Q. How should I maintain it?
A. Due to the characteristics of the TPR material, dust may easily stick depending on the environment, so it is best to wash it. After washing with water, dry it under sunlight before use for hygienic maintenance over a long period. Although it is a safe and eco-friendly material that can be disinfected in boiling water for up to 30 seconds, please be careful as applying heat beyond this may cause deformation or discoloration.
Q. Can it be used while lying down?
A. The Helmienec is designed to apply pressure directly on the neck or press the cervical vertebrae backward in a lying position, creating a C-curve that is good for the design. Since the size is lower in height compared to the curve that occurs at the back of the neck when lying down, it is not recommended to use it lying down to apply neck pressure.
Q. Can it be used on other parts of the body?
A. The Helmienec is designed to fit the neck, shoulders, and trapezius area for proper targeted use. However, it can also be used on other parts such as the forearms or calves to relieve muscle fatigue, allowing you to feel the pressure effect.
Q. Can men with thick necks also use it?
