How to use (5–10 minutes a day)

1. Sweep gently up from your forehead to the crown.
2. Knead the sides and back of your head.
3. Make small circles at your temples.
4. Press and hold at the back of your neck.
5. Press or sweep slowly across the tops of your shoulders.

Gentle, regular use works better than pressing hard.
