Easy Cook - Rich Stew Seasoning

Ingredients Preparation

Tofu (cubed) ¾ block (75 g), Green onion ⅓ stalk (25 g), Zucchini ⅓ (35 g), Water ¼ cup (50 mL)

Cooking Method

1. Pour 50 mL of water in a pot and add Kang Doenjang stew seasoning and bring to boil.
2. Once boiling, add tofu, green onion, and zucchini.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes to finish.

Because the seasoning already contains seasoning, no additional salt is needed.
