Scratches

Silicone characteristics and packaging or delivery processes may cause minor scratches or marks.

Pressure Marks

Pressure marks may occur during molding when pressing silicone into shapes and molds.

Spots & Color Smudges

The color may rub off in places but is safe and harmless to humans.

Odor

The premium platinum catalyst minimizes silicone odor, but slight individual differences in smell may exist. Please consider before purchase.

Cable Ties (Limited to some silicone kitchenware products)

Removing the cable tie fastened to the kitchenware sleeve may damage the product if not done carefully. Please avoid contact with sharp objects during removal to prevent product injury. Damage caused by careless removal is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Precautions

Cleaning Method

Wash with a sponge using neutral detergent. Detergents do not easily adhere to silicone tools, so fragrance-free detergents are recommended.

Odor Removal Method

Use a mixture in a silicone container, wash, then expose to sunlight to remove odor and residue.

Step 1: Pour mixture into a silicone container and soak for 4+ hours.

• Mixing solutions:
• 1) Vinegar:Water = 1:1
• 2) Sugar:Water = 1:2
• 3) Rice water

Step 2: Rinse with fresh water, then dry under sunlight for 4 hours.

Disinfection Method

Boil the product (if silicone), dry in a shaded place within 3 minutes, or wipe with dry cloth to keep hygienic.
