Tips to Enjoy Konjac Rice Deliciously Every Day

Konjac Shortcut Kimbap

  1. Julienne carrot and cucumber.
  2. Stir-fry carrot in an oiled pan with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  3. Beat eggs, pour into pan and cook on low heat, then julienne thinly after cooling.
  4. Microwave chicken breast, then slice thinly.
  5. Microwave konjac rice, then mix with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
  6. Spread seaweed sheet on surface, spread seasoned rice evenly, then place prepared ingredients (eggs, cucumber, chicken breast, radish, burdock, carrot) lengthwise and roll tight. Slice bite-sized pieces to finish.

Konjac Wrap Rice

  1. Microwave Haetban konjac rice, then season evenly with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
  2. Clean cabbage, place in glass container, add a little water, cover tightly with plastic wrap, poke holes with chopstick, and steam in microwave for 10 minutes.
