Ingredients
Tofu 1/2 block (90g), Korean zucchini 1/3 (60g), onion 1/4 (50g), potato 1/2 (60g), 1 pack Spicy House-style Doenjang Jjigae seasoning, water 2 cups (400 cc)
Preparation
Cut tofu and onion into bite-sized pieces. Cut Korean zucchini and potatoes thinly.
Cooking Instructions
- Put the seasoning pack and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the zucchini and tofu, and boil again.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 6 minutes to complete.
Quick Recipe
- Ingredients: water 400ml (2 cups), tofu 1/2 block, zucchini 1/3, onion 1/4, little green chili
- 1. Add the seasoning pack and the water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2. Add tofu and zucchini, boil again.
- 3. Lower heat and simmer for 6 minutes before serving.
