Carefully crafted spicy sauce for sesame oil spicy cold buckwheat noodles that leaves a lasting flavor! Spicy, refreshing and lightly sour sauce. We searched for the perfect taste by blending several sauces to find a delicious balance. Added a small amount of katsuobushi (dried bonito) broth to balance the spiciness, making it less hot and suitable to be enjoyed by anyone.

RECIPE
Cooking Instructions (for 1 serving)
- Boil water and put 100g of noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Drain the noodles perfectly after boiling. Rinse several times under cold water.
- Add sesame oil and spicy sauce to the noodles, then mix well.
- Serve on a dish and top with cucumber or garnish with perilla sprouts.
- Enjoy!
* 60D noodles are thin noodles from Gomegong stored in a refrigerator for freshness.
* Boil noodles with 3g of salt per 1000ml of water.
* Cooking time may vary depending on your electric stove and environment.
