Mainly from the Yen Bai region in northern Vietnam,
the world’s largest area of cinnamon tree cultivation is located.
At this place, cinnamon is graded based on oil content, thickness of oil layers, and other factors.
The region name Yen Bai is used to classify grades as YB1, YB2, and YB3.
