Extracting Without a Drop of Water

Balloon flower root cannot be juiced without moisture.

To make juice, balloon flower root must be refined by adding it to purified water and extracting it. Then the mixture must be concentrated at low temperature 70-80°C to extract balloon flower root, pear, watercress, and ginger without adding water.

In November 2022, we placed 5-year-old balloon flower root from our farm abundantly and made juice. We grow balloon flower root to make the juice ourselves, so we do not sell or pour it in bulk.
