  2. Preparation Process (Soaking)
    Use containers made with traditional pottery method to roast natural salt.
  3. Kiln Process
    Roast natural salt at over 800°C for more than 8 hours, removing impurities by washing with boiling water.
  4. Roasted Natural Salt Completion
    Roasted natural salt forms lumps during roasting at the 800°C kiln edge.
  5. Crushing and Pulverizing Process
    Crush the roasted natural salt lumps into suitable sizes by primary and secondary pulverizing.
  6. Sorting and Inspection
    Remove metal impurities using powerful magnets more than 3 times.
  7. Packaging Process
    Package sorted roasted natural salt automatically using packaging equipment for each product.
  8. Final Product Inspection and Shipment
    Inspect packaging and products meticulously once more before shipment.

Ingredients: Potato 150g (about 1-2 medium), Egg 30g, Chopped broccoli 30g, Onion 30g, Carrot 20g, Bread crumbs 20g, Flour 10g, First Time Eating Cooking Salt 0.5g, Brown rice oil a little

  1. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes.
  2. Chop onion and carrot finely, and prepare chopped broccoli.
  3. Heat brown rice oil in a pan and stir-fry step 2.
  4. Add step 1, step 3, and the first time eating cooking salt and mix well.
  5. Shape, coat with flour → egg → bread crumbs in order.
  6. Preheat brown rice oil at 180°C and fry step 5.
