• Color spot or smudge: Some minor discoloration due to silicone characteristics is safe for use.
• Odor: Platinum catalyst reduces silicone odor; however, individual sensitivity may vary.
• Cable tie: Special tie for silicone cookware adapted product only.
• When removing cable tie fixed on silicone tool sleeve, damage may occur. Handle with care to avoid product damage. Damaged products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cleaning Instructions

Wash gently with a sponge and mild detergent. Silicone scent may remain but does not affect use.

Removing Odor

Soak silicone product in solution below, rinse and dry under sunlight.

1. Soak silicone product in solution for at least 4 hours
• 1. 3% hydrogen peroxide
• 2. Vinegar diluted with water 1:2
• 3. Rice water
2. Rinse with fresh water, dry in sun for 4 hours, done!

Disinfecting

Boil in water or soak with disinfectant for under 3 minutes, then dry with clean cloth or natural air for hygienic use.
