Scratches
Minor scratches or marks may occur during the silicone's packaging or oven process.
Press Marks
Press marks may form during the pressing process when silicone is inserted into the mold.
Spots/Color Specks
Color spots on the silicone are natural and harmless and safe to use.
Smell
Odor is minimized with premium platinum catalyst but individual differences may occur; please be aware before purchase.
Cable Tie

2. Examples of product damage:
Damage may occur if the cable tie attached to the cookware sleeve is improperly removed. Please be careful not to scrape the product with sharp objects during removal, as damage caused by customer negligence cannot be returned or exchanged.
Precautions
Washing Method
Wash with a sponge and neutral detergent. Since detergent smells do not easily linger on silicone, we recommend using unscented detergent.
Odor Removal Method
After washing with a mixture in the silicone container below, dry it exposed to sunlight to remove odor and water stains.
STEP 1: Pour the mixture into silicone container and leave for at least 4 hours.
Mixing method: 1) Vinegar : Water = 1:1 2) Sugar : Water = 1:2 3) Rice water
STEP 2: Wash with fresh water and dry outside again in sunlight for 4 hours.
Disinfection Method
Boil water and put the product (silicone part) inside. After a 3-minute boil, dry in a shaded place or wipe dry with a cloth to use hygienically.
