• Dissolve neutral detergent in water and wash inside gently with a soft sponge.
• After cooking, use oven mitts or protective gloves when handling the hot product.
• Avoid scratching the product with sharp objects like knives or forks as it may cause damage.
• Do not place product directly above fire or near flames as it may deform or burn.
• Remove water immediately after washing; thoroughly dry for storage.
• Do not use it for purposes other than its designated use.
• Be cautious when grabbing the product strongly to avoid tearing.
• Dark-colored foods may cause discoloration; please be aware.

Scratches

Silicone characteristics or oven process may leave fine scratches or marks.

Mold Marks

Mold marks may appear where silicone was pressed during molding.

Specks/Color Spots

Color specks within silicone are harmless and do not seep out; safe to use.

Smell

Premium platinum silicone minimizes odor, but some personal variation may occur.

Cable Tie

(Only for specific silicone cooking utensils)

Incorrect removal of cable ties fixed to the utensil sleeve may damage the product. Please carefully remove cable ties to avoid contact with sharp objects. Damages caused by this are not eligible for return or exchange.

Handling Precautions

Washing Method

Wash with neutral detergent using a sponge. Since detergent scent does not remain on silicone utensils, fragrance-free detergents are recommended.

How to Remove Odors

Use a mixture below to wash silicone container, then expose to sunlight to remove odor and residue.

Step 1

Fill silicone container with mixture and soak for at least 4 hours.

Mixing instructions:

1. 3 types of mixtures to choose from for cleaning silicone products:
   • Vinegar : Water = 1 : 1
   • Sugar : Water = 1 : 2
   • Rice water

Step 2

Wash with fresh water, then dry outdoors in sunlight for 4 more hours to finish.

Sterilization Method

Boil product (if silicone) in water for about 3 minutes, then either air dry or dry with a dry towel before hygienic use.
