• Avoid scratching the product with knives, forks, or sharp objects as it may cause damage.

• Do not swallow or eat the product.

The following phenomena may occur naturally during manufacturing and are not defects. Therefore, exchange or returns for these reasons are not accepted.

Scratch

Fine scratches or marks may appear due to silicone characteristics during packaging or oven processes.

Pinholes

Pinholes may occur during pressing in silicone molds.

Spotting/Color Spots

Color spots are harmless exudations from silicone and are safe to use.

Odor

Premium platinum catalyst minimizes silicone odor, but individual differences may occur. Please consider this before purchase.

Cable Tie (Limited to products with silicone cooking tools)

Removing fixed cable ties on cooking tool sleeves may cause product damage. Be careful not to scratch with sharp objects. Damage caused by negligence is not exchangeable or refundable.

Precautions for Care

Washing Method
Use mild detergent with a sponge to wash. Avoid harsh detergents as silicone tools may be damaged. Use mild detergent recommended.

Odor Removal Method
Use the following mixture in a silicone container, clean, then expose to sunlight to remove odor and discoloration.

STEP 1

Fill silicone container with mixture and soak for over 4 hours.

Mixing method: 3 options to choose to clean silicone products

1. Vinegar : Water = 1 : 1
2. Sugar : Water = 1 : 2
3. Rice water

STEP 2

Rinse with fresh water then dry outside under sunlight for 4 hours.

Sterilization Method
Boil the product (if silicone), sterilize with boiling water for 3 minutes or less, then dry with a dry cloth to use hygienically.
