Scratches

Due to the characteristics of silicone packaging or the baking process, minor scratches or marks may be present.

Molding Marks

Silicone molding may cause marks at the compression points when placed in the mold.

Spots/Color Blotches

Color blotches are caused by silicone curing and are harmless to the human body; safe to use.

Odor

Although premium platinum silicone greatly reduces odor, some personal variation in scent perception may occur.

Damage may occur to the product when removing the cable tie fixed on the utensil sleeve. Please be careful not to scratch the product with the cable tie during removal, as product damage caused by negligence is not eligible for exchange or return.

Precautions for Use

Washing Method

Wash with a mild detergent applied to a sponge. Fragranced detergents may be difficult to rinse off from silicone tools, so unscented detergents are recommended.

Odor Removal Method

Use the following mixture in a silicone container, then after washing, expose to sunlight to dry and remove odor:

Step 1: Pour the mixture in the silicone container and soak for at least 4 hours.
How to make the mixture:
1) 3 types mixture selection for silicone product washing usage
2) Vinegar : Water = 1:1 / 3) Sugar Water

Step 2: Wash with fresh water, then dry under sunlight for another 4 hours. Done!

Sanitization Method

Boil water and add the product (silicone tools) if applicable, then sterilize within 3 minutes. Dry with a cloth or hang to dry for hygienic use.
