Ingredients for 4 Servings

• Samsun Ganjajang paste 100g
• Beef/Pork 150g
• Onion (medium, 2 pieces) 300g
• Potato (large, 1 piece) 200g
• Zucchini (medium, 1 piece) 100g
• Carrot (small, 2 pieces) 70g
• Minced garlic 2 teaspoons (6g)
• Cooking oil 3 tablespoons (45g)
• Water 700ml (3 ½ cups)

1. Stir-fry cut meat and vegetables with garlic over medium heat.
2. Pour 700ml of water and boil until the ingredients are fully cooked.
3. Add the Ganjajang paste slowly to the boiling pot and stir well.
4. After completion, serve the sauce over rice or noodles and enjoy.

* Adding various seafood while cooking enhances the flavor of Samsun Ganjajang.

Seafood Samsun Fried Rice

Ingredients for 2 Servings

• Samsun Ganjajang 20g
• Cooked rice 250g
• Minced pork 100g
• Onion (medium, 1 piece) 150g
• Zucchini (small, 1/3 piece) 50g
• Carrot (small, 1/3 piece) 50g
• Cocktail shrimp 50g
• Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
• Egg 1

Cooking Method

1. Stir-fry minced pork, cocktail shrimp, and diced vegetables in cooking oil, then add cooked rice and stir-fry together.
2. Sprinkle Samsun Ganjajang little by little to prevent clumping, stir-frying continuously.
3. Serve the fried rice on a plate and top with scrambled eggs to complete.
