Food Artisan No. 25, Artisan Oh Hee-sook, has been making bukkak utilizing accumulated know-how for over 30 years. Using domestic ingredients and plant-based oil, modern soybean oil, the bukkak is fried and then oil is thoroughly removed through a self developed oil removal process to create a non-greasy bukkak.
