Please Check These Carefully

Due to material and manufacturing characteristics, following issues may occur

1. The wheat straw material makes the surface uneven.
2. Color may be uneven, and black (red) spots may appear due to the mixing process of wheat straw and PP.
3. Color may vary by production lot.
4. Heat sterilization should be done within 1 minute at 75°C to avoid deformation.
5. Initial use may have some powder, so please wash thoroughly before use.
6. White specks may appear due to manufacturing process of wheat straw, which is normal.
7. Use soft brush to avoid scratches.
8. Staining may occur with easy-to-dye foods such as kimchi or curry. (Recommend immediate washing)
9. Color fading may occur if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods.
10. Avoid using in microwave or oven to prevent deformation.

How to wash greasy or oily food dishes

1. Remove grease with kitchen towel.
2. Use warm water and maximum foaming.
3. Soak plate in soapy warm water for 10 minutes.
4. Wash again with detergent.
