Cooking Method
Stir-fried Domestic Dried Mugwort Stems
Ingredients: Dried mugwort stems, green peppers, garlic, soy sauce, and some sesame oil.
Preparation: Soak the dried mugwort stems about twice their volume in water for approximately 1 to 2 hours.
- Wash the dried mugwort stems several times and soak them in water well.
- Drain the stems and chop them into 3-4 cm pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry chopped garlic and green peppers.
- Add the soaked mugwort stems, stir-fry together, then season with soy sauce and chili powder to taste.
- Sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy with rice.
