Stir-fried Domestic Dried Chili Leaves

Ingredients

Dried chili leaves for cooking

General Ingredients

Soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper powder, perilla oil, cooking oil, salt

1. Soak the dried chili leaves in water for about 1 hour until fully rehydrated.
2. Wash and drain the rehydrated leaves well (use a colander or strainer).
3. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
4. Lightly boil the leaves, then drain thoroughly.
5. Cook by stir-frying with garlic and seasoning to taste.
6. Finish cooking by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds.
7. Serve sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds if preferred.
