Color Difference
Depending on the dyeing process, there may be differences in the original fabric color.
- The product color may vary when purchasing as a set.
Seam Line
For bedding sizes Q and above, seam lines connecting the original fabric may occur, causing color and pattern differences.
Pin Holes
During the manufacturing process of securing the fabric, pin holes may remain. These naturally disappear with use.
Foreign Fibers
Foreign fibers may be included during weaving; this is a natural phenomenon and can be removed with a pin.
Loose Threads
Loose threads during processing is a natural feature occurring during fiber processing.
Use a Laundry Net
Failure to use a laundry net may cause damage such as pulling or tearing of the product, and exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

If the product gets caught and torn during washing, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.
We recommend using a washing machine with a capacity of 19kg or more.
Using a household washing machine may cause damage, so avoid excessive washing and use a laundry with large machines for best results.
We recommend liquid detergent; if using powder detergent, please dissolve it well in water before use.
Powder particles that don’t dissolve well can cling to fibers and damage the product. Use liquid detergent or fully dissolve powder detergent in water before use.
Always wash separately in cold water.
Dark-colored products may cause dye transfer if washed with other items.
Cold water washing is recommended to prevent color bleeding, which can occur due to heat.
Notes when purchasing pigment-dyed products
Pigment-dyed products are dyed as a whole after manufacturing, including the label.
These are new products that have never been used; please keep this in mind when purchasing.
