Color Difference
Depending on the dyeing process, there may be differences in the color of the fabric.
- The product color may vary when part of a set.
Seam Line
For quilts size Q or larger, seam lines connecting fabrics may appear, causing color and pattern differences.
Pin Marks
During the process of fixing the fabric, pin marks may remain but will naturally disappear with use.
Foreign Fibers
Foreign fibers may be included in the weaving, but this is a natural phenomenon and can be removed with a pin.
Wool Tips
The appearance of wool loose ends during processing is a natural characteristic of the fiber manufacturing process.
Use of Laundry Net Required
If not using a laundry net, the product may get caught and torn, which is not eligible for exchange or return.

Wash separately in cold water (Wool course 30℃)
Gently spin dry within a short time
Do not tumble dry or machine dry
Use neutral detergent

Iron at low temperature
Dry in shade after reshaping
• Always place the item in a laundry net before washing.
If the product gets caught and torn during washing, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
• When using a washing machine, we recommend using one with a capacity of 19kg or more.
Using a household washing machine may cause damage, so do not wash recklessly.
Please wash at a laundromat with a large-capacity washing machine.
• Liquid detergents are recommended, and powdered detergents should be well dissolved in water before use.
Powdered detergents contain particles that may not dissolve well and can damage the fabric.
Use liquid detergent or make sure powdered detergent is fully dissolved in water before washing.
• Always wash separately in cold water.
When dark-colored items are washed with other products, dye transfer may occur.
To prevent discoloration caused by heat, it is recommended to wash separately in cold water.
• Notes when purchasing pigment-dyed products
Pigment-dyed products are dyed as a whole after production, including the labels.
