Ingredients: Waldensia powder 5g, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, 200ml water, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 7 to 8 ice cubes

1. Put the ice cubes into the blender.
2. Add all ingredients except the Waldensia powder and blend.
3. Add the Waldensia powder and blend once more, lightly.
