STEP 01.

Turn the brush head counterclockwise to the ON position, then apply the ampoule to the scalp area concerned with hair loss.

STEP 02.

Turn the head clockwise to lock it OFF to prevent the ampoule from flowing further, then brush along the hair strands and massage the scalp to absorb it.

1. Can pregnant women use this product?

This product has passed skin irritation and silicone adhesion tests, so it is safe to use. However, since it is a period with significant hormonal changes, it is recommended to use it after consultation with a specialist.

2. The contents do not dispense well.

Before use, turn the brush part counterclockwise and check once more whether the arrow mark is covering the "ON". If it is set to "ON" but still does not dispense, there may be an issue with the container, so please contact consumer support.

3. The ampoule is light brown; does it contain artificial coloring?

The light brown color of the scalp tonic ampoule comes from the natural color of the plant extracts. Artificial coloring is not used, so please use it with confidence.

4. The cooling sensation is strong; could it be too irritating?

This product passed skin irritation tests and is safe for the skin, but irritation can vary depending on individual skin conditions and environmental changes. For those with sensitive scalps, it is recommended to apply a small amount behind the neck or behind the ears before use to check for any skin reaction.
