For those who have been waiting,
burdock snacks
The taste and aroma are beyond words,
but they are not easy to store or handle,
making them a hesitant buy for some ingredients:
'burdock'

has prepared them cleanly and cut them up,

Preparing burdock is just
too bothersome,
so I always ended up buying it from the side dish shop.

In one jar of dried burdock,
there's this much raw burdock.
Raw burdock 500g-600g
➡️ 65g of dried burdock!!
It's thinly sliced and dried burdock,
so it may look small,
but once you put it in a bowl, you'll be surprised!

As expected from Dried Burdock Lady's products,
I chose pretty burdock that is evenly long,
cleaned it thoroughly, sliced it, and dried it.
Slicing burdock into thin pieces is much easier,
but for cooking, I think sliced burdock is
better.
As per Dried Burdock Lady's desire,

Though burdock root tends to discolor quickly
Miss Dried does not use color preservatives
Soaking the dried burdock root in
warm water for over 30 minutes
will rehydrate it close to its original form
You can use it in various dishes such as
burdock rice, braised burdock, or
toast it to make burdock tea
