Mrs. Dried Fruit

Limited EditionGreen Onion Dried Snack

No other ingredient compares to

the size of green onions.

Even if you only buy a little

you never seem to finish a bunch,

that’s green onions for you!

You always have some left that spoil

and feel a loss when you don’t have them.

Dried Up Chives

(10g)

Chives (domestically produced) 100%

We've done a lot of sampling since summer,

and they’re even more fragrant when in season,

the colors are more vibrant, and the taste is richer!

However..

the frightening price of green onions.

If you wait for green onion prices to drop,

it seems like they’ll all be gone this year, so we boldly

prepared this with Mrs. Dried Fruit.

Our customers also

cheered for the green onion jam

so we were able to launch it.

Instead

the green onion jam

will be available only during the most delicious winter season

and we plan to produce and sell it only during the peak season.

If stored in the refrigerator, it won’t spoil or change

and you will have no issues using it all year round.

Chopped Green Onion Dehydration Comparison

Fresh vs. Dehydrated

As much fresh green onion

Fits perfectly in this one jar!

[Image: A bowl full of chopped green onions is on the left; a jar of dried green onions labeled "Dried up chives (10g)" is on the right.]

Chives (100% domestic)

Is this really just one tiny bottle?

Are you going to do that?

Once again,

let's compare the jam ingredients! :)

Look at how full the glass bowl is with green onions!

When dried, they shrink beautifully!

Green onions have particles that are much smaller than other vegetables,

so they tend to overlap with each other,

making the amount look less.

But once you use it, you will find it to be quite a lot.

You’ve also tried the green onion and chili jams,

and were surprised by how much there was, right?

It's been about a month since the last sampling for the jam,

and I still haven't finished one bottle.

아직 한통을 덜썼어요

It seems like I've used it generously everywhere

feeling like it keeps coming out like a magic box

scallion jerky :)

[Image: A small jar tipped over with dried chopped green herbs and white pieces spilling out onto a plain white surface]

Miss Jerky had tried

adding it to various dishes

and unlike other vegetable jerkies,

it didn't need to be soaked in water

and the texture was pleasantly intact

As a finishing touch to various dishes,

(of course, fresh scallions look livelier and prettier)

the scallion jerky looked lovely without any comparison

Not only as a finishing touch,

but also as a main ingredient or a side ingredient,

scallion jerky was outstanding!

Miss Jerky's favorite was

scallion cream cheese,

so you must try it!

Pour scallion jerky into cream cheese,

mix it, and you’re done!

(Feel free to add chopped onions, honey, butter, etc., according to your taste)

Perfect on a bagel!

It was aromatic and so delicious!

I am confident this is even tastier than fresh scallions!

For scrambled eggs, steamed eggs,

and even for bone broth, just add salt, and it's done!

It's perfectly fine to mix it into cooked rice.

It's very convenient to use as a side ingredient for banchan

and it really goes well with everything.

In fact, it's really versatile

and it's great for using in any dish.

It's scallion flakes.
