Tips for Thick Yogurt
When indoor temperature is low
After heating unopened milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, add yogurt starter to begin fermentation.
Is there a way to make yogurt ferment faster?
Keep the milk at room temperature to protect it from cold air to make fermentation more active.
There is no time limit for keeping milk at room temperature!
If you open the milk package and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes before use, it will make thicker yogurt.
How long does yogurt last after making?
Store the finished yogurt in the refrigerator and consume it within one week. Please note that the expiration time may vary depending on the environment.
For thicker, denser yogurt
After fermentation, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before consuming.
