Point 5: Simple Construction for Easy Cleaning

The Rollpan consists of three parts: pan, motor, and lid, making cleaning very convenient.

Rotate the blade counterclockwise to remove it.

When washing: Detach motor to prevent water damage.
Tip: Clean only the stainless steel rod part separately.

Dishwasher Caution: Motor should be removed as only the lid, pan, and blade can be dishwasher cleaned.
Water entering the motor causes defects.

How to Use Rollpan

1. Insert two AA batteries in the motor.
2. Turn the fixing pin counterclockwise to loosen; insert the rotating blade into the pan; tighten properly to avoid coating damage.
3. Turn the fixing pin clockwise to secure.
4. Place the pan centered on gas stove burner.
5. Add food; fit the lid hole on the rotating blade axle properly; (recommended food weight under 800g).
6. Turn on the motor’s top rotation switch; suitable to use with low or medium flame.
7. When draining oil during cooking, hold both pan and lid handles and tilt to drain oil via the outlet.
   (Use kitchen gloves as handles may be hot.)

Important Notices for Assembling Motor and Pan

1. Loosen the fixing pin gently and insert the rotating blade into the pan following the diagram.
2. Press the motor down firmly to align parts properly; improper alignment causes malfunction and damage.
3. Turn the fixing pin clockwise to secure tightly.

Rollpan Cautions

• Always turn fixing pin clockwise to secure, improper tightening causes the blade to misalign.
• Motor handle becomes hot during and after use; use oven mitts.
• Do not touch blades while in operation.
• Do not place pan on floor; pan bottom may scratch floor.
• Use mid-to-small size burner (~10cm) on gas stove.
• Place pan centered on burner.
• Heating the pan without food may damage the pan or motor.
