Q. When using for the first time, the product seems to release some oil. Is this normal?

A. Yes, to enhance the cutting power, the gap between the double blades and the cap is minimized, so the eyebrows are trimmed very neatly.

Other brands leave a gap between the double blades and the cap, so the trimming is not efficient.

We manufacture the product with the double blades and cap gap matched to maximize cutting efficiency, maintain the same rotation RPM, and to reduce noise, we must apply lubricant.

This occurs only during the first use; afterward, no lubricant will be released.

When you use it for the first time, either wipe off the lubricant before use or wash the cap with water and dry it before use.

This is not a defect but normal, so you do not need to worry.

Q. My eyebrows do not trim well. Everyone says it cuts well, why doesn’t it work for me?

A. Please carefully read and follow the instructions for using the View & D electric eyebrow trimmer.

If you trim your eyebrows in the direction they grow, they will not be trimmed well.

The best method is to hold the trimmer at about a 30-degree angle opposite to the direction of eyebrow growth to achieve the best results.

Do I need to curl after using mascara?

Since curling is done by applying heat, it is possible to curl before applying mascara. However, you can see better results if you use it after applying mascara first.

Can I use it while wearing contact lenses?

We strongly advise against this. The heat from the eyelash curler may affect the lenses and the eyes, potentially causing damage. Please be sure to remove your lenses before use.

How do I clean it?

After use, wipe off mascara and cosmetic residues with the included cleaning brush and keep it stored. Since the lash curler is not waterproof, rinsing with water is not allowed.

Yes, our Beauty & D Lash Curler has an automatic OFF function that turns off the device 5 minutes after operation. To continue using, you need to restart it.

How long can I use it after full charge?

The full charge time is about 2 hours. After full charge, it can be used for approximately 15 days.
