• Recommend hand washing with neutral detergent under 30°C for small stains.
• Machine washing or duvet cycle may cause damage; use gentle cycle.
• To avoid damage to quilting and filling entanglement, wash separately in a laundry net.
• Machine breakdown is not covered if damage occurs due to improper washing.
• Avoid using chlorine or bleach detergents.
• Drying machines or ironing on high heat can cause deformation.
• Damage due to user negligence such as tears or loss cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Thin packaging may be punctured or come loose but product quality is unaffected.
